Dean Severson, leads the creative and marketing team. His background spans more than 17 years in advertising and design. With a unique vision that combines design, business and collaborative inspiration, Dean brings to each project a distinct perspective that is the catalyst for the company’s and clients’ success. He has led integrative design programs in and across all media, from brand development to interactive design, for clients that include Asics, Airwalk, Mazda, Nissan and Hyundai Motor America. Dean earned his bachelor’s in fine arts, graphic design, from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, Calif.

Sarah Humphreys brings more than 21 years of marketing and creative copy writing expertise to the Haute House team. She has managed magazines; conducted media and client relations; and written and produced newsletters, advertising, media releases, speeches, promotional materials and brochures for a wide range of businesses and media. Sarah is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Mich.

 

Doug Berlie has nearly thirty years experience in business, having held various management positions in both the retail and wholesale arenas. Doug has worked directly with the marketing and sales departments of several major import manufacturers to develop and implement retail-specific programs that increased sales and profits in several target markets. Doug’s unique perspective allows him to recognize the differences in needs from market to market while building solutions that address both the retail and wholesale agendas.
